Compensation: Hourly

Position Info:

• This position is great for those looking to build their resume and learn leadership skills.
• Many of our ASMs are honor roll college students that balance their position while enjoying a higher hourly rate and having much of their tuition covered by the company.
• Many of Braganza's corporate functions such as R&D, product development, marketing, programming, and upper leadership are held by individuals who started as an ASM and later joined our headquarters team after completing their degree.

In addition to crew member skills, Shift Leads & ASMs

• Assist store managers in orchestrating day to day operations
• Lead and train crew members
• Work to uphold a strong work ethic and positive environment

Compensation: Hourly

Position Info: We love promoting from within but are also happy to interview management candidates wishing to join our team. We are looking for long term relationships with individuals that find a path towards owning their own Braganza store appealing (see our franchise page for more details).
